There was no heat in the room, was only provided a space heater which did not function well. Was absolutely freezing. The check-in was super confusing and was told when I got there my room wasn't available, though this was sorted in the end. Wasn't very welcoming unfortunately.

Seriously unimpressed by this hotel. We stayed here in April for a couple of nights, and we got a room with no hot water. The bloke who was dealing with us said it was a 'one off', but it's happened again. We're yet again in a room without a working shower, but with the added bonus of no proper customer service. Seriously underwhelming.

Poor service, dusty, coffee stains, fresh blood on the bedding.
Reported to receception but was constantly questioned if it was blood or not, and finally, the cleaner came up after 20 minutes.
The "cleaner" places all bedding on the dusty floors, removed the dirty sheet, but decided to place the rest of the bedding back on the bloodied area that seeped through the sheet.
This should not be the 1st thought of a cleaner. Raised poor hygiene concerns.
The receptionist was not helpful or understanding. We had to change hotels in the end with no refund
I would not recommend anyone here.

Self check-in was a confusing experience.
As this was a business trip, I did not book the hotel and had no check-in details. The entrance is nondescript and the staff were rude at check-in.
There was a suspicious brown stain on the sofa, broken tiles in the bathroom and a strong cigarette smell entering the room. There was also a casket style boarded up bathtub, not creepy at all (pictured). Furthermore, the layout of the rooms are so confusing.
It was incredibly noisy till 1am and there is no air conditioning. The only silver lining is that it is near the DLR and tube.
Lastly, we did not know how to checkout so we just left. They did have a QR code which we scanned and it brought us to this page. So here is your review.

For £90 a night you get, 1 poo stained sofa, plenty of space, pubes in the bathroom and hair everywhere else, a niche midcetury crackden decor, a shower that gets to lukewarm temperature after 20 mins with all the pressure of a 90yr old mans morning wizz, and a really creepy 'bath' that is boarded over and clamped shut under metal and wooden boards.
Additionally this comes with a pretty potent stench of weed coming from the staff room right next door, paper thin walls and the ambient sounds of late night Woolwich.
Overall, it's slightly better than the cold concrete of the street, but worse than literally anywhere else you can stay. Not to mention the numerous fake reviews. Bumping the numbers

Cost efficient rooms in London. Room is spacious, bed is good and there is also fridge in the room. Nice view from the window to small park close to the hotel.
